The strings on the pockets on the side are so you can tie the pockets up tight, so you don't lose anything. They are made long for the manufacturing process. The majority of our customers love the ties but if you don't you can cut them down to size or if you don't need them, you can cut them off. It doesn't hurt them, it's up to you.

I have been doing yoga for decades and have never found yoga pants that were just perfect. Until now. Bravo Yogaz team for making my life just a little bit easier and I look good too!
I purchased the hummingbird pants and lavender crossbackntop. I opened the hox and tried them on. I didn’t take them off until that night. Sooooo comfortable and well fitting. I’ll be buying more.
I loved it when I first put it on, three hours later the waistband sagged so much they were falling down.
I LOVE these pants! So incredibly soft and comfortable. I just wore them for yoga and was very pleased. The elastic cuff keeps them from sliding up my leg when in certain positions. The pockets are great. I won't need them for yoga, so I will just tuck the strings in the pocket. Outside of yoga, the ties are pretty cute. I will be traveling soon and think these will be perfect. The top is comfortable, too. It has a nice drape to it. I will definitely purchase again. Perhaps a print next time!
Had no problems returning my Yogaz for a smaller size. I’ve the colors and ability to mix solid colors with beautiful patterned pieces. So comfortable and versatile!
Just got my Yogaz yesterday and put them on. They fit perfectly! I love the fabric. They are perfect for wearing on the plane and for walking everywhere! I love, love, love them!!
I love these! Honestly they feel like goldilocks, they really are a mix of boho/harem pants and tights. They are overall a looser fit but not so much fabric, and beyond soft and comfortable. The pockets are huge and when I'm not using them I just tuck the strings into the pocket so I easily forget they are there. I know because of the type of fabric designs are likely harder, but there is a decent selection and really love the solid color choices. The brum color may be a favorite of mine for a good combo of brown and plum. I'll be buying more of these in other colors
